Not only can this tube work with a ballast, but it can also work without a ballast, directly wired into AC100-277V. The power consumption of these LED lights is 15w and available in 3000K to 5000K colors. These eco-friendly bulbs have a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours or more and can save you up to 60% in power consumption. These are the highest quality products on the market today - they are UL and DLC Listed and come with a 5 years warranty!
