These LED high bay fixtures are easy to use and install. The lights come with a motion sensor which can be found in the packaging. They produce over 145 lumens per watt. The light is 150W and is rated for outdoor use (IP65). They will also work with 100-277V and have dimming capabilities if needed. The lights come with a 5-year warranty.
